Registration
You will need a JACoW username and password. If you do not have one you can register for one.
Click here to log into the JACoW website to register for the workshop.
When logged on click on the “Registration” link to register.
Registration Fee
Registration fee: 260 €
Companions registration fee: 90 €
(All prices are inclusive of VAT)
There will be no registration fee for invited plenary speakers.
The registration fee covers:
• The welcome reception
• The social event (excursion including a boat trip and the workshop dinner)
• Coffee breaks
• A free ticket for public transport in Hamburg (HVV-Ticket)
The registration fee for companions covers the welcome reception, the social event and a free ticket for public transport (HVV-Ticket) in Hamburg. Please register the names of any accompanying person on your registration form.

Registration payment can be made by:
• Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard only)
• On site (cash or credit card) at the front desk during the workshop
• Bank Transfer

Additional bank handling fees and surcharges are included in the registration fee.
Participants using Bank Transfer are reminded to provide their full name, affiliation and “FLS2006” as a reference.
Payments by Credit Card (online) and Bank transfers cannot be accepted after
30 April 2006.
We are not able to accept personal cheques, company cheques or Eurocheques.
Admission to the workshop is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee.
Participants who have made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the workshop on registration.
Cancellation of Registration and Refunds
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to
Christel Oevermann [Christel.Oevermann@desy.de].
No refunds will be made for cancellation after May 15, 2006.
